I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 14 years of experience providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have specialized training and extensive experience working with children who have experienced trauma, as well as those facing behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. I partner closely with parents, offering guidance, support, and practical strategies to help their children and adolescents build resilience, process difficult experiences, and navigate emotional and behavioral concerns. I also provide couples and family therapy, helping clients strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate complex family dynamics.
